2.1 Orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
2.2 Delivery times vary depending on location. Estimated delivery time within Bangladesh is 2-5 business days.
2.3 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the delivery location.
3.1 All prices listed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 We accept various payment methods, including debit/credit cards, mobile banking, and cash on delivery only for Dhaka City.
3.3 Payment must be made in full before an order is processed for outside Dhaka prior to placing the order to ensure authenticity.
3.4 In case of payment failure, the order will not be confirmed until payment is successfully completed.
4.1 We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, in its original packaging and condition with all tags attached.
4.2 Customers must notify us via email at northcraftbd@gmail.com with your order details in the subject line before initiating a return. If your return request is accepted, we will arrange for our delivery partner to collect the package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
4.3 If the return is due to a defect or incorrect item, NorthCraft will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer will bear all the shipping charges.

5.1 We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to screen variations, actual product colors may differ slightly from images.
5.2 All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7.1 NorthCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

নর্থক্রাফ্ট এই শর্তাবলী সমূহের কোনো অংশ পরিবর্তন, পরিবর্ধন, যোগ বা সরিয়ে ফেলার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে, যেকোনো সময় পূর্বাভাস ছাড়াই। পরিবর্তনগুলি ওয়েবসাইটে পোস্ট করার সাথে সাথে কার্যকর হয়ে যায়। পরিবর্তনগুলি পোস্ট করার পরে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করা অব্যাহত রাখলে সেই পরিবর্তনগুলি গ্রহণের ইঙ্গিত বোধ করে।

2.1 অর্ডারগুলি উপলব্ধির উপর নির্ভর করে। ক্রয়ের পরে যদি কোনো আইটেম স্টক আউট হয়ে যায়, তাহলে আমরা আপনাকে অবহিত করব এবং একটি বিকল্প প্রস্তাব করব বা পূর্ণ রিফান্ড দেব।
2.2 ডেলিভারির সময় লোকেশনের উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হয়। বাংলাদেশের মধ্যে অনুমানিক ডেলিভারির সময় ২-৫ ব্যবসায়িক দিন।
2.3 শিপিং ফি চেকআউটে গণনা করা হয় এবং ডেলিভারির লোকেশনের উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
3.1 আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে তালিকাভুক্ত সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশী টাকা (BDT) এ রয়েছে এবং প্রযোজ্য কর ব্যতীত হলে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে।
3.2 আমরা বিভিন্ন পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি গ্রহণ করি, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে ডেবিট/ক্রেডিট কার্ড, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং এবং ঢাকা সিটির জন্য ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি।
3.3 ঢাকার বাইরে অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াজাতকরণের আগে অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াজাতকরণের আগে পূর্ণ পরিমাণ পেমেন্ট করতে হবে যাতে বৈধতা নিশ্চিত করা যায়।
3.4 পেমেন্ট ব্যর্থ হলে, পেমেন্ট সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন না হওয়া পর্যন্ত অর্ডারটি নিশ্চিত হবে না।
4.1 আমরা ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে অব্যবহৃত, অব্যবহৃত, অধৌত, এবং অপরিবর্তিত, এর মূল প্যাকেজিং এবং অবস্থায় সমস্ত ট্যাগ সহ রিটার্ন এবং এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণ করি।
4.2 গ্রাহকদের রিটার্ন শুরু করার আগে ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে northcraftbd@gmail.com এ তাদের অর্ডারের বিবরণ সহ অনুরোধ করতে হবে। আপনার রিটার্ন অনুরোধ গৃহীত হলে, আমরা আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনারকে প্যাকেজ সংগ্রহ করার জন্য ব্যবস্থা করব। পূর্ব অনুমোদন ছাড়া প্রেরিত আইটেমগুলি গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
4.3 যদি রিটার্ন কোনো ত্রুটি বা ভুল আইটেমের কারণে হয়, তাহলে নর্থক্রাফ্ট রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ বহন করবে। অন্যথায়, গ্রাহককে সমস্ত শিপিং খরচ বহন করতে হবে।
4.4 আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড পলিসি বিভাগে বিস্তারিত নির্দেশিকার জন্য দেখুন।
5.1 আমরা আমাদের পণ্যগুলি সর্বাধিক সঠিকভাবে প্রদর্শন করার চেষ্টা করি। তবে স্ক্রিনের ভিন্নতার কারণে, আসল পণ্যের রঙ ছবি থেকে সামান্য পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
5.2 সকল পণ্যের বর্ণনা এবং মূল্য পূর্বানুমতি ছাড়া পরিবর্তনের অধীন।
6.1 আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতি অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হয়। আইন দ্বারা বাধ্য না হলে আপনার অনুমতি ছাড়া তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে আপনার তথ্য শেয়ার করা হয় না।
7.1 নর্থক্রাফ্ট আমাদের পণ্য বা ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহারের ফলে কোনো পরোক্ষ বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে না।
7.2 আমরা প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা কারিগরি সমস্যার মতো আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের পরিস্থিতির জন্য বিলম্ব বা ব্যর্থতার জন্য দায়বদ্ধ থাকব না।
8.1 আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের সকল পণ্য এবং কন্টেন্ট, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে টেক্সট, ইমেজ, লোগো এবং ডিজাইন, নর্থক্রাফ্টের বৌদ্ধিক সম্পত্তি।
